To help reduce this burden, Thrive HR are excited to advise that enableHR will be launching their enable Self Services (eSS) module in the coming weeks.
Thrive HR were lucky to have a pre-launch ‘sneak peek’ of enableHR’s eSS functionality in early August and we were impressed with what we saw. eSS will turn many transactional and time consuming administrative responsibilities into automatic work-flows. And by allowing your workers and managers to perform routine HR and WHS tasks via online work-flow processes, they will be able to action everyday HR and WHS queries themselves, freeing-up you and your managers to focus on managing organisational performance and delivering value.
enableHR’s self-service functionality extends across desktop, smartphone and tablet devices, giving all your workers access, and the ability to manage their information from anywhere and at any time. With eSS, your employees, contractors and volunteers, can log into their eSS account and modify their information when they want without having to disrupt line managers or HR staff. This includes being able to:

· Log training & qualifications
· Log hazards & incidents
· Review & respond to tasks
· Access & accept policies and procedures
