Now your chosen workers can manage WHS matters with limited access in enableHR

Most businesses need specific managers and their work health and safety (WHS) officers to record and manage workplace hazards and incidents, without allowing them full access to other sensitive information.  Now you can give your managers and WHS officers restricted access to your WHS module within enableHR - without giving them full access to employee and contractor files.

WHS-only users can manage hazards and incidents relating to employees, contractors and others. They can fully utilise the WHS module, such as recording information directly into enableHR, yet they can only access information relevant to WHS, such as an employee's contact details and WHS-related documents. This protects and prevents other sensitive information from being accessed.

A WHS-only user has the ability to:
•   report and update hazards and consultations
•   report incidents involving employees, contractors and other people
•   view documents and notes on employee, contractor files only when the document or note relates to an incident
•   receive alerts and reminders for critical actions.

Ideal for your WHS officers to manage and record WHS matters in a prompt and responsive manner, anywhere, anytime, without being dependent on your enableHR 'master user' for WHS module access.  Plus using enableHR as your 'single source of truth' minimises the risks of duplication of data through multiple systems, more efficient administration of WHS matters and and allows managers to have a unified view of a worker’s history.
